The seminar will present the public presentation forms of a scientific work (Short Presentation, Plenary Talk, Speaker Presentation, Academic Paper/Thesis Defense), Q &A session and technical and linguistic peculiarities of these processes. You will be taught the rules of creating effective slides, handouts and will receive essential tips on preparing effective presentations.
The seminar will also teach you all key functions of Powerpoint – an essential tool for public presentation. You will design your own samples of presentation and handouts and will practice the delivery.
